That’s why we offer the option to return or exchange items within seven days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned in its original condition—unworn and unwashed—with all original packaging and tags.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of misuse or damage.

2. Exchange:
If we make an error (e.g., if we send a different size than you selected), we will cover the full shipping cost.
However, if the exchange is requested because the customer selected the incorrect size and the received item matches the size listed on the product page, the customer will bear the shipping cost for the exchange.
We provide an accurate size chart for each item and strongly recommend reviewing it before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.
You may request an Exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item via the original payment method.
If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
